We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or personal preference. Holds and orders are final once placed.

A refund is only issued when one of the following applies: we are unable to fulfil your order (for example, an item sells out after payment) or we cannot provide a replacement for a defective or incorrect item delivered to you.

Approved refunds are returned via your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Any COD charges, shipping fees and processing fees are non-refundable.

Size exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, has its tags attached and you have proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email).

Because runs are limited, exchanges are subject to availability at the time of your request — if the size you want is sold out, the exchange may not be possible.

Unless the exchange is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), the customer covers return shipping.

To request an exchange, message us on Instagram or WhatsApp with your order number within the 3-day window.

Self-service cancellation is free within 5 hours of placing your order, while the order status is still Pending. Cancel it yourself on the Track Order page using the email and order number from your confirmation.

If the 5-hour window has passed or the order has moved past Pending, cancel it through us — message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Orders are processed within 2 business days of confirmation and shipped via our courier partner across Pakistan.

• Standard delivery: 8–12 business days — Rs 250, free on orders over Rs 10,000 or with bank transfer.
• Express delivery: 6–9 business days, where available at checkout.
• Shipping charges are shown to you before you pay.
• Pre-book items are dispatched according to the timeline communicated at purchase.

Tracking is shared with you once your order is handed to our courier partner. We are not responsible for courier or weather delays, but we will follow up and keep you updated.

We accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer across Pakistan. All prices are in PKR and any applicable charges are shown before you pay.

For COD orders, the exact amount is collected at the time of delivery. Orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch to prevent fraud.

Repeated refusal of COD orders after dispatch may restrict COD availability on future orders.

When you place an order, contact us or create an account, we collect the information needed to serve you: your name, phone number, email address, shipping address and order history.

We use this information to process and deliver your orders, send order updates, provide customer support and improve our products and marketing. Details necessary for delivery are shared with our courier partner. We never sell your personal information to anyone.

By using this website and placing an order with FORGE, you agree to these terms. Product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but we reserve the right to correct any errors — including pricing errors — even after an order is placed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where it appears to be fraudulent, where pricing was entered incorrectly or where the item is no longer available.
