How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from our studio within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery takes 8–12 days nationwide and express delivery takes 6–9 days. Tracking is shared with you once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — within 5 hours of ordering, while the status is Pending, you can cancel yourself on the Track Order page using your email and order number. After that, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram right away and we will try to help before dispatch.
What is your exchange and return policy?
Size exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to availability. Refunds are only issued when we can't fulfil an order or can't replace a defective item. The full policy is on our Policies page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer, across Pakistan. Shipping and any charges are shown before you pay.
How do drops work?
Every piece is made in a limited run and is not restocked when it sells out. If you miss a drop, follow us on Instagram for the next one.
