The studio

Crafted.
Not followed.

FORGE started in a two-room studio with one heavyweight tee and a refusal to chase a calendar. Six years later the method hasn't changed: draft it properly, make it heavy, release it once.

01

The pattern comes first

Every FORGE piece begins as a paper block, cut and re-cut on a live fitting until the drape holds without a single dart of compromise. We approve a pattern once — after that it is archived, dated and reused.

02

Named mills only

We work with six mills across Portugal, Japan and Turkey. Each one is credited on the product page of anything they make. If a mill can't be named, we don't use it.

03

Four hundred units

A run is four hundred pieces per style. When it's gone, it's gone — no restocks, no seasonal recolour to clear stock. Scarcity is the honest consequence of making things properly.

If it can be repaired, it should be.

Every FORGE garment carries a ten-year repair promise. Send it in, we re-stitch, re-dye or re-panel it and send it back. Repairs are logged against the original run number.
